You will join a fast-growing SaaS engineering organization building mission-critical payroll and HR systems used by thousands of businesses across the U.S. In this role, you will operate at a senior technical level, shaping architecture, driving feature delivery, and improving the reliability and scalability of core platform services. You will work across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate complex payroll requirements into robust, compliant, and user-friendly software. This is a highly collaborative environment where engineering excellence, customer impact, and operational ownership go hand in hand. Beyond feature development, you will influence system design, DevOps practices, and production reliability while mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards across the team. You will also play a key role in balancing rapid product iteration with the rigor required for payroll accuracy, security, and compliance.
