This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and scaling the learning and enablement strategy across customers, partners, and internal teams within a complex healthcare technology environment. You will own how users understand, adopt, and realize value from a sophisticated data-driven platform that supports healthcare transformation at scale. The role combines strategic program ownership with hands-on leadership across onboarding, certification, and ongoing education initiatives. You will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align training with product evolution and customer success outcomes. A strong focus of the role is translating complex healthcare and value-based care concepts into accessible, impactful learning experiences. You will also build scalable learning infrastructure, including LMS strategy, content libraries, and certification programs.
