Job Description
- Serve as the advocate of YouTube’s product activation incentives system with strategic partner managers, leading First day of business (FDOB) training and addressing questions and escalations throughout the quarter.
- Synthesize feedback received in regional sentiment surveys, bugs, and other sources into focused improvement areas for design, pricing, targets, etc.
- Create structured, polished presentations for partnerships and GTM leadership.
- Manage timelines, goals, and objectives for key workstreams, executing in partnership with Segment and regional GTM teams.
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
