Job Description
Job Summary:
Assist customers that come to our store, order on-line and ask questions through our customer e-mail.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide world-class customer service to all customers
Answer phone calls
Answer emails in a professional manner
Assist customers with product recommendations (basic detailing knowledge)
Answer customer ticket
Run reports
Problem-solve order issues
Restock retail showroom
Manage cash box
Operate POS checkout systems
Complete basic Excel spreadsheets
Required Skills/Abilities:
Positive Attitude
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be available to work weekends and events
Must be able to adapt to change
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must have basic Excel skills
Excellent communications skills including both verbal and written
Must have reliable transportation
Detailing experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work schedule will include a minimum of 1 weekend day, with 1 day off during the week. OT may be required on an as-needed basis.
Travel: Minimal local travel to events may be required.
