Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
About Sales Team
You will join the Cement Brazil Sales Team, which is dedicated to selling spare and wear parts, feeders and packers to customers in an assigned region. By joining this multicultural, multinational organization, you will work with colleagues from different regions and collaborate closely with our capital team.
About the role
As Sales Manager in Aftermarket, you will drive sales of spare parts and services for pyro and grinding, packers and feeders at cement plants, while also supporting the capital team in new equipment sales. This individual contributor role reports to the Regional Senior Sales Manager and collaborates with sales managers in other regions as well as engineering, services and operations teams. You should be willing to travel extensively (around 50 – 70 % of your time) to build strong relationships with customers at their plants and headquarters.
Your responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets and contribution margin for your territory.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular visits, developing a deep understanding of technical and commercial needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that explain how our products and services solve customer problems.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders in line with company policies.
- Identify and implement innovative ideas and initiatives that contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with engineering, service and operations teams to ensure successful order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Good cement, mining, steel, P&P and lime market awareness.
- Execute sales strategies defined by local management and collaborate with Fuller entities worldwide.
- Represent Fuller at trade shows and exhibitions within your territory.
- Monthly reporting to line manager.
- Monitoring, improving customer satisfaction and manager the opportunities through CRM tool.
- Internal / External Cooperation.
What you bring
- Bachelor of Science on Engineering or related areas.
- Advanced English and Spanish level desirable.
- Technical and Commercial knowledge.
- Site experience.
- Available to travel.
- High Technical knowledge of cement equipment as Rotary Kilns, Coolers, Crushers, Dosing & Feeders, Packing, Balls and Vertical Mills.
