This strategic Medical Affairs leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide engagement with key nephrology professional societies, guideline bodies, and scientific advisory organizations. The position goes beyond traditional stakeholder management, focusing on building long-term scientific collaborations that influence disease understanding, care standards, and healthcare system outcomes. The Director will act as a central connector across Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned, compliant, and impactful external engagement strategies. This role plays a key part in advancing scientific leadership within nephrology by identifying opportunities for collaborative initiatives such as guideline participation, disease education, and implementation science programs. It requires a deep understanding of the external scientific ecosystem and the ability to translate strategic priorities into meaningful partnerships.
