Job Description:
As a Paid Media Manager, Analytics you will sit at the intersection of data strategy, paid media performance, and client partnership. You will lead end-to-end measurement for PR and digital campaigns by translating complex, multi-channel data into clear narratives that drive decisions and demonstrate communications impact. Additionally, you will own measurement strategy, oversee junior members and act as a trusted strategic partner to account leads, clients, and senior stakeholders. This is a player-coach role: you'll shape the frameworks, guide the team, and roll up your sleeves when it counts.
About the Role:
Establish media measurement strategies for PR and digital campaigns, incorporating senior analytics input and aligning to client business objectives.
Serve as the analytics hub for assigned accounts as the go-to expert for measurement questions, framework design, and performance interpretation.
Act as a strategic partner to account leads and internal stakeholders, shaping how data informs communications strategy and client decision-making.
Translate client and account feedback into clear, actionable improvements for the team; navigate challenging feedback on KPIs, ROI, budgets, and tracking needs with professionalism.
Manage large, complex client projects end-to-end: scoping, staffing, budgeting, and resolving issues as they arise.
Oversee application of Zeno's research tools, templates, and methodologies across projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand analytics work within existing client accounts.
Delegate effectively across team members, balancing workloads and ensuring delivery quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Mentor and develop analysts to strengthen technical skills and support career growth.
Demonstrate expert proficiency in data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent); build dashboards, templates, and mock-ups for internal and client review.
Develop innovative media and analytics approaches that integrate emerging technologies and testing methodologies.
Partner with internal teams such as media, research and account teams to advance cross-media reporting and new analytical solutions.
About You:
5–7 years in analytics, paid media measurement, insights, or communications measurement within PR, marketing, or an agency/consulting environment.
Demonstrated experience managing analytics projects end-to-end, including scoping, budgeting, staffing, and delivery.
Prior experience managing or mentoring junior analysts; formal people management experience preferred.
Expert proficiency in data visualization tools — Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent (3+ years required).
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build polished, client-ready deliverables.
Hands-on experience with paid digital media platforms and associated analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4• Collaborative and consultative approach; builds strong relationships with clients, account teams, and cross-functional partners.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts simultaneously., or similar).
Familiarity with statistical methods including segmentation, correlation, and regression analysis.
Experience with cross-channel data integration, merging and aggregating data from multiple sources into cohesive performance views.
Exposure to AI-powered analytics tools and automation workflows a strong plus.
Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000 USD/yr.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
