Senior Power Controls & Grid Planning Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of advanced power systems engineering and large-scale grid integration, focusing on complex isolated and islanded power networks. You will contribute to the design and technical oversight of generation assets including gas turbines, BESS, solar PV, and reciprocating engines, ensuring stable and resilient system performance. The position plays a key role in validating plant control strategies, grid compliance, and dynamic behavior across multi-vendor environments. You will act as a trusted technical authority, bridging OEM, EPC, and system integrator perspectives. The work has high impact on system reliability, especially for critical infrastructure and large dynamic loads. It is a hands-on yet strategic role, combining deep engineering judgment with cross-functional leadership. You will operate in a highly technical, globally connected environment supporting complex energy projects.
