Your mission

Key Responsibilities:
Track and record sales in the CRM, and manage key accounts and strategic clients (hospitals, clinic networks).
Meet individual targets and basic KPIs (sales volume, visits, active clients).
Analyze market indicators and trends to anticipate opportunities and risks. 
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
Mentor JR an'd PL representatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.


Your profile

Skills:
Previous experience with silicone implants.
Understanding of medical sales KPIs (volume, active clients, visits).
Proficiency in strategic account and portfolio management in CRM.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor indicators.
Knowledge of regulatory processes and implant traceability.
Basic SAP
