The position involves translating real operational knowledge into structured case studies covering sales, customer service, inventory management, compliance, and loss prevention. You will also evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, practicality, and alignment with real retail workflows. Working independently in a flexible remote setup, you will help define “gold standard” retail decision-making examples used to train and improve AI systems.
