Provide operational leadership for Normet operations in Botswana, overseeing sales, service, and support functions
•Manage key customer relationships with major mining companies and government stakeholders, ensuring sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction
•Drive operational excellence across equipment availability, service delivery, and parts supply, aligned to Normet performance standards
•Ensure compliance with local regulations, group governance standards
•Serve as the senior representative to customers, government agencies, industry bodies, and local communities
