  • Responsible for managing CRM operations and KPIs, develop CRM operational strategies for Online Branded Channels.

  • Work closely with MG CRM team to align on the Online Branded Channel CRM long-term strategy and annual member basic benefit plan, share the activation plan.

  • Take the lead role as the Online Branded Channel Membership mechanics and benefits, and closely work with cross function team such as operation, marketing, promotion and finance team from planning to execution on LEGO Membership Loyalty Program.

  • Provide ongoing valuable operation and campaign support to operation and marketing team to sustain CRM value.

  • Support on loyalty reports and deliver valuable business insight and initiate new ideas to achieve and improve CRM/business KPIs, share the performances and results.

  • As the key contact person to work with Product team to develop digital products to meet CRM needs.

  • Closely contact the customer service team to fulfill various customer queries and feature customer satisfaction.

  • Lead agencies to ensure the excellent execution of LEGO Membership Loyalty Program related system operation and channels communications.

The CN Online Branded Retail team is the frontline of LEGO's Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce strategy in China, operating flagship stores across Tmall, Douyin. As membership becomes a core growth engine, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and consumer experience.
As Membership Activation Manager, you will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution — ensuring that every touchpoint in the member journey reflects the LEGO brand promise while driving measurable business outcomes. Your work directly supports our ambition to build a best-in-class loyalty ecosystem that turns casual buyers into lifelong fans

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5-8 years of hands-on CRM, loyalty program, or membership operations experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.

  • Proven track record of designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that improve member retention, engagement, and LTV.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM analytics, Excel, etc.,

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across marketing, product, tech, and finance teams.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, CDPs, or marketing automation tools; familiarity with Chinese digital ecosystems (Tmall, Douyin) is essential.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
