The role is responsible for defining success metrics, measuring adoption and business outcomes, evaluating analytics platform and BI tooling investments, and helping guide analytics and AI/ML initiatives that improve customer experiences, drive platform adoption, and create long-term business value.
Portfolio

Develop and execute data and analytics monetization strategies, including premium reporting, benchmarking, diagnostics, recommendations, and AI/ML-driven insights.
Use analytics and AI/ML intentionally to increase adoption and usage of Aven products by helping customers optimize configuration, pricing, distribution, operations, and performance decisions.
Partner with Engineering, Innovation, UX, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, differentiated, and monetizable analytics capabilities.
Evaluate and recommend data, analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and AI/ML technologies to ensure Aven's platform remains competitive, scalable, and aligned to customer needs.
Partner across teams to help shape the long-term direction for analytics, self-service reporting, business intelligence, data products, and AI/ML-powered insights, balancing customer demand, technical investment, and commercial opportunities.
Partner with Product Development and Architecture teams to influence data models, semantic layers, governance standards, platform modernization efforts, and future analytics capabilities.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies across data platforms, business intelligence, analytics, AI/ML, and Gen-AI/ML to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
Develop product requirements for AI/ML-assisted workflows, conversational analytics, anomaly detection, recommendations, forecasting, intelligent automation, and other insight-driven capabilities.
Define adoption, engagement, monetization, and customer outcome metrics and use those measures to prioritize future investments.
Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to support modernization of Aven's analytics and data platform ecosystem, ensuring readiness for future AI/ML and advanced analytics use cases.
Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and Engineering teams to ensure analytics and AI/ML capabilities align with data governance, compliance, and responsible AI/ML principles.
