This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Sales based in Germany.

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth and scaling a high-performance go-to-market organization across EMEA. You will own the full sales strategy and execution for one of the company’s most critical growth regions, shaping how the business expands across enterprise and mid-market segments. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to build, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams while ensuring strong operational discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders in marketing, product, customer success, and revenue operations to align regional priorities and accelerate growth. This is a high-visibility position where your decisions will directly influence market expansion, customer acquisition, and overall business success.
