This role sits at the heart of the Design organization, ensuring structure, consistency, and scalability across product design processes. You will help define how design teams operate, connect with Product and Engineering, and maintain alignment across the end-to-end product lifecycle. Acting as a key enabler of efficiency, you will standardize workflows, improve communication flows, and strengthen the overall design system adoption. You will also play a critical role in onboarding new designers and accelerating their integration into the team. This is a highly collaborative position, working across multidisciplinary squads in a fast-paced fintech environment.
