You will lead end-to-end quality assurance efforts across web, mobile, and integrated systems, driving both manual and automated testing strategies in a fast-paced Agile environment. The position plays a critical role in shaping test strategy, improving release confidence, and ensuring high-quality product delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and project teams while also mentoring QA team members and coordinating offshore resources. This is a highly visible role where your expertise directly impacts customer experience, platform stability, and release readiness. You will also contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks and AI-enhanced testing practices.
