Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary People & Talent partner for Global Business Lines, collaborating directly with Business Line Leads and senior leadership teams.
- Executive Counsel: Provide strategic guidance on global organizational design, workforce planning, capability building, and talent strategy.
- Strategy Execution: Translate overall business strategy into clear people priorities, structured roadmaps, and actionable plans.
- Stakeholder Influence: Challenge and influence senior leaders to guarantee sustainable, scalable, and performance-driven people decisions.
- Change Leadership: Support leadership teams through complex transformations, organizational growth, and change initiatives.
- Future-Proofing: Partner with leaders to forecast future capability and talent requirements aligned with global growth objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead or contribute to global workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews across Business Lines.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify risks within structures, capabilities, or operating models, and propose pragmatic, data-driven solutions.
- COE Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Reward teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end people solutions.
- Model Embedding: Play a key role in defining and implementing global people operating models across Business Lines.
- Process Optimization: Support the design and rollout of global initiatives focused on ways of working, governance, automation, and standardization.
- Change Advocacy: Act as a change leader to ensure clarity, high adoption rates, and strong engagement across all regions and stakeholders.
- Operational Alignment: Balance strategic vision with operational reality to ensure initiatives are executed effectively on the ground.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize people and talent metrics to provide deep insights, challenge assumptions, and guide decision-making.
- Data Integrity: Partner with People Ops and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to maintain data quality and consistency across all systems.
- Executive Reporting: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience: Extensive experience in a senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) role within a global, matrix-structured organization.
- Stakeholder Management: A proven track record of successfully partnering with executive-level stakeholders and global leadership teams.
- Adaptability & Execution: Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Change Management: Solid experience driving organizational transformations, operating model changes, or scaling up environments.
- Business Acumen: High level of commercial awareness and a deep understanding of business operations.
- Data Literacy: Fully comfortable leveraging data and analytics to influence business decisions.
- Strategic yet Hands-on: Ability to transition seamlessly between big-picture strategic thinking and granular operational details.
- Credibility & Influence: High professional credibility with the ability to influence and guide senior leadership.
- Results-Oriented: Pragmatic approach with a strong bias for action and a focus on delivering tangible results.
