Are you a detail-focused professional with an interest in technology and data-led improvement? We have an opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting the ongoing enhancement of business applications, processes and data integrity across Cayman and associated jurisdictions.
This role offers a varied workload, combining process analysis, system improvement and project support. You will work closely with Operations, technology teams and leadership to strengthen data quality, improve reporting and support operational effectiveness.

About the role
In this role, you'll:
Act as a day-to-day data integrity champion, ensuring client, entity and service data is complete, accurate and consistently maintained
Work with internal technology teams to support and enhance data integrity across business applications and develop monitoring capabilities
Validate and streamline reporting, reducing duplication and supporting a more standardised approach
Analyse and review business processes in detail, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve operational effectiveness
Support the Cayman leadership team by providing information and insight to assist with operational risk management and decision making
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge portals and content
Support the setup and ongoing operation of client portals for administration teams
Participate in project work, including system upgrades, testing and delivery of defined work packages
Provide basic training and guidance to colleagues on systems and reporting tools
Assist with identifying and implementing improvements to processes and data across Operations
About you – essential requirements
A solid understanding of data, systems and business processes
Demonstrable ability to analyse problems and apply technology to deliver practical solutions
Working knowledge of Microsoft tools, with exposure to SQL, Power Automate or similar considered an advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of tasks and deliver to completion
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
Well organised, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
