• Current RN license with ICU experience
• Proven track record of patient care excellence
• Strong knowledge of healthcare practices

• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current RN state licensure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
