About this Position Team lead for sales controlling. Sales controlling is the finance business partnering function for China channel teams including national key accounts, EC and distributors. What you´ll do Responsible for the team development of sales controlling. Responsible for monthly forecast and closing of P L, and annual budget planning. Gatekeeper of financial integrity and control per company policies. Responsible for Routine / Ad-hoc Financial Analysis incl. GP1 /GP2 analysis, Value Chain analysis etc. Monitor and support controlling relevant process and projects incl but not limited to promotion mechanism and accuracy, internal control process, digital transformation etc. Responsible for sales controlling consolidation incl. but not limited to monthly review and reporting etc.
