This role focuses on managing and growing strategic customer relationships within the packaging adhesives sector across North America. You will act as a trusted advisor to key industrial clients, helping them optimize performance, improve operational efficiency, and achieve long-term value through tailored adhesive solutions. The position combines commercial ownership with technical problem-solving, requiring close collaboration with customers and internal technical teams. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships across industries such as food & beverage, personal care, and consumer goods. This is a highly customer-facing role where relationship building, technical insight, and commercial strategy directly influence revenue growth and retention.
