3PL Finance JED, Senior Accountant

Vacancy Responsibilities:

· Assist DFC to Oversee Tax compliance for indirect & direct tax accounting and compliance requirements.

· Assist DFC in reviewing the Annual Zakat/tax and monthly Withholding Tax and VAT filing for Company to ensure submission and payment deadlines are being met.

· Assist and coordinate with direct and indirect tax audits, prepare letters/emails to Tax authorities.

· Recording & processing of Supplier Invoices using the correct accounting code combinations.

· Record prepayments for advances issued to suppliers and follow ups for timely settlement.

· Reconciliation of Suppliers statement of accounts and take the corrective actions in case of any variances.

· Petty cash fund management, Verification of claims and review the cash count sheet prepared by the cashier.

· Any other task assigned by the Manager

Skills & Education:

· BA in accounting from reputable university

· Certified as VAT Specie list from SOCPA or equivalent diploma/certification is preferred.

· Overall relevant experience of at least 2 years is required.
