RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage branch’s day to day operations in accordance with company’s approved guidelines and processes, driving business result consistent with the budget and forecast.
- To work closely with Head of PSBU & Head of LCS Head. Provide monthly report to Head Office the sales and service activities in the Branch.
- To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, identifying and securing potential business opportunities and market penetration.
- To coordinate budget planning and monitoring of expenditure and outcomes
- To be responsible for the overall profit growth and performance of the branch.
- To attend to customers’ needs and manage their enquiries effectively
- To develop customer relations, manage vendors, and work with appointed channel partners, if any.
- To improve the overall office administration efficiency, quality, and customer service standard.
- To provide leadership and directions to motivate team, namely sales and service staffs and ensure the branch achieves its profitability and growth objectives.
- To conduct regular performance reviews, identity training need, and ensure continuous development of the team.
- To ensure work processes or systems are compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, Corporate Compliance Guidelines and HR Policies & Procedures as established by the Company.
Requirements:
- A Degree or Diploma in any discipline of Engineering
- Strong leadership quality in managing the branch effectively
- Experience in presentation to customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.
- Integrity and trustworthiness to ensure full compliance with company ethics
- Strong believer of teamwork with skills of influencing
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
