Contact Worker

Cornwall is moving towards the government’s programme of Family Help reforms. In order to deliver these, we are creating some exciting opportunities for front line Contact Workers/Family Help Workers to support services at our integrated front door. The Multi-Agency Referral Unit and Early Help Hub are Cornwall’s single point of contact for all children’s safeguarding and early help services. Both teams are co-located and work closely together under the leadership of the Service Manager to provide a seamless and proportionate response into the right service for children and families in Cornwall
