Job Description
Do you want to help Cornwall Council identify land for development and support the Good Growth Agenda.
CC require an experienced property professional able to identify and bring forward land for a range of purposes primarily housing, but including employment and renewable energy. A track record of working with planners, legal teams and developers to bring sites forward successfully for delivery. RICS preferred.
