Cornwall Council is seeking an experienced and competent commercial property surveyor to join our friendly and flexible Property and Landlord Services Team.
The Landlord Services Team manages the Council’s commercial properties let to tenants. The focus of this role is to help maximise income, maintain occupancy levels and drive service delivery.
The workload combines property management, tenant engagement, marketing, lettings, applications for alterations, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease consultancy and income maximisation.
