The Creator Strategy Team empowers the platform's growth through three core pillars:

  1. Campaign & Policy Leadership: Executing marquee programs like the All Star Showcase and CNY Campaigns to incentivize creator participation and market penetration.
  2. Content Excellence: Boosting GMV and traffic efficiency by setting quality standards, managing supply policies, and developing high-quality Live IPs.
  3. Affiliate Growth & Retention: Scaling the "Moving-Sales" creator base through advanced labeling systems, mission-based incentives, and optimized matchmaking tools.

As an intern, you will support the Creator Strategy Team in driving affiliate growth and campaign efficiency. This role focuses on the execution of resource management, data monitoring, and providing operational support for key creator projects. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  1. Affiliate Resource Management (Core Focus) Daily Operations: Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of key affiliate resource slots, including the Creator EC Center, Campaign Landing Pages, and Pop-ups/Notifications, etc., ensuring alignment with latest policies and campaign requirements. Optimization: Track the performance data of these resource slots over time. Analyze click-throughs and conversions to propose optimizations and continuously refine the Standard Operating Procedures for resource allocation.

  2. Strategic Project Support (Core Focus) Project Operations: Assist in the execution of core strategic projects such as Top Creator ARPU growth, Creator Tier Level up, and Merchant-Creator Matchmaking efficiency. Data & Coordination: Provide essential weekly support, including some basic data analysis, assisting in BD matchmaking lists, and handling cross-team communication and coordination to ensure project milestones are met.

  3. Campaign Execution Support Assist the Campaign Manager in the preparation and execution of mega sale events (e.g., Double Digit, Payday) and special IP events (e.g., Creator Carnival, LinkShare Leaderboard). Monitor campaign data and feedback, helping to identify issues and opportunities during the event lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Data Sensitivity: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). You should be comfortable processing data to draw actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills with a open mind. Able to work collaboratively across different functional teams.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented: High attention to accuracy, especially regarding resource configuration and data reporting.
  • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly understand e-commerce logic and adapt to a fast-paced internet environment.
  • Resilient: Strong stress tolerance and ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interning with any eCommerce industry.
  • Strong interest in data analytics.
