Description

• Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-hospital home care needs, diet, exercise, and the management of their health and wellness.

• Current state RN license.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting for at least 2 years.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.

• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

• Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and dedication to patient care.
