Sr. Manager of People Operations

You will own the processes, standards, and governance that ensure People Operations runs with precision, consistency, and scalability across a growing global workforce. Acting as a key builder rather than a maintainer, you will create structure where it is needed most and continuously improve how work flows across onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility. The role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and technical HRIS specialists to ensure seamless execution across systems and processes. You will also play a critical role in payroll and benefits coordination, operational reporting, and compliance oversight.
