Job Description
Who We’re Looking For:
The HR Assistant is responsible for offering day-to-day support to employees, the HR Team, and completing various HR functions including enforcing policies, programs, and practices for our employees.
What You Will Work On:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides HR support to employees
Completes verifications of employment
Maintains data integrity in the HRIS system
Send out new hire welcome gifts
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Answering HR-related inquiries by email or phone
Scanning documents into shared system
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
Must be able to interact with employees at all levels
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be motivated, and results-driven
What You Will Bring:
Experience with Dayforce
Previous payroll software experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or pursuing a degree in HR or related field of study
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office).
