Job Description
The intern will support the Roaming team in improving operational efficiency through the use of Harvey AI and other organizational tools. The role will focus on helping structure, track, and analyze roaming agreements and DIOT updates to build a centralized knowledge base that can eventually integrate with Roaming IQ.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in logging DIOT updates and roaming agreement information within Harvey AI and internal tracking tools.
Organize and maintain a structured repository of roaming agreements, DIOT improvements, and negotiation outcomes.
Support the tracking of executed roaming agreements and key performance metrics (e.g., agreements completed per month).
Help analyze historical DIOT improvements and negotiation trends to identify opportunities to increase execution rates.
Assist in preparing reports and summaries that can support strategic decision-making for roaming partnerships.
Contribute to building a data framework that can feed into Roaming IQ, improving visibility and benchmarking across roaming agreements.
Skills / Qualifications
Interest in telecommunications, AI tools, and data organization.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) preferred.
Ability to work with AI platforms and internal workflow tools to structure and analyze information.
