The Degree Programmes Department at INSEAD oversees the institution’s world-class academic offerings, including the MBA, Executive MBA, Master in Management, and other specialized degrees. The department is responsible for curriculum development, student support, and program administration, ensuring an exceptional learning experience that aligns with INSEAD’s commitment to developing global leaders. It works closely with faculty, students, and corporate partners to deliver innovative, high-impact education across INSEAD’s global campuses. 

INSEAD seeks an Apprentice Admissions Assistant to join our Degree Programmes department. This is an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.

About the Job

As an Admissions Assistant Apprentice, you will support the admissions team in the evaluation and enrolment of our Degree Programmes candidates. You will assist with application processing and yield events while learning from experienced admissions professionals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the admissions team in communicating with prospective students via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Offer support in preparing and attending on-campus, off-campus and virtual information sessions, offering support to candidates/admit students.
  • Support the team in completing the files and ensuring that all documents required are submitted.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of applicants in the admissions system.
  • Ensure that all Degrees and transcripts are scanned in the system and returned to students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration (starting in September 2026).
  • Solid command of the Office pack.
  • Good communicational skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent team spirit with the ability to work autonomously .
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
