Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pasig, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Onsite
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards and liaises with Commercial and Technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles inquiries and customers’ orders in the absence of the Commercial staff.
- Company systems user in JDE. Creates Sales Order,and PFI. Ensuring that all encoding done in the system is accurate at all times. Process and release Sales Order (SO); generate Delivery Receipt (DR) and Invoice for Ex-stock (WMS and Non-WMS) and Direct Delivery orders and recognize commission of Indent Orders.
- Process and route e-Order approval.
- Sends Customer PO copy to Warehouse – Taytay and 3PL.
- Release SO to Taytay Warehouse for Ex-stock orders/WMS; Send DR and Invoice of Ex-stock orders/Non-WMS c/o 3PL; Issue DR to Imports for Direct delivery/Forward orders.
- Coordinates with the Commercial Team on orders; with Imports Team on shipment status, and assists Commercial Team on customer order inquiries.
- Coordinates with Suppliers and Customers on shipment status of Indent Orders.
- Collates and attaches hard copy of original received Delivery Receipt to Invoice (Original, Customer and Countering copies) together with Goods Receipt Report (GR) (when required) and customer PO. Ensures all documents forwarded to Finance Team are logged.
- Assists Finance Team in updating invoice and CM/DM (Credit/Debit Memo) monitoring report.
- CM/DM processing, LOA and Gate Pass preparation.
- Complies with ISO Standards. Participates in ISO tasks.
- Handles Transactional customers.
- Assists in the resolution of customer complaints.
- Participates in Customer audit, when required.
- Performs other related functions as required by superiors and or Caldic Philippines Inc. authorized representatives.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Action-oriented with ability to deliver timely and positive results.
- Must be service oriented.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and implement projects independently and effectively.
- Ability to solve problems and provide corrective / improvement actions for implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- Must be a College graduate of a business or technical course or other equivalent relevant training
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- Exposure to business operations and strategic initiatives.
