Dishwasher (Wildkatz) (Academic)

Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware and utensils. Operates industrial dish machine according to protocol. Delivers plates and silverware to various locations as needed. Picks up dirty dishes, buses and cleans tables as needed. Maintains a clean work area throughout entire shift. Cleans machine during each shift, including exterior of machine. Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union. Work hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the unit depending on work availability, special events, training etc. Knowledge, Skills Abilities Knowledge of food service utensils, plates and industrial equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to transport and/or move a maximum of 40lbs.
