What You'll Be Responsible For
- Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
- Preparing apartments for new resident move-ins
- Assisting with community grounds and curb appeal
- Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Following company safety standards and maintenance protocols
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members

- Residents trust you because issues get resolved correctly the first time
- Vacant apartments are turned quickly and maintained to a high standard
- The community consistently looks clean, safe, and well-maintained
- You communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the onsite team
- You take initiative and don't wait to be told what needs attention
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience
- HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
