As a Customer Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of business customers, managing relationships throughout the entire commercial lifecycle while ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role combines account management, renewals, sales support, and commercial operations, offering significant autonomy and responsibility from day one. You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless commercial experiences and maximize business opportunities.
