We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector to join our team and ensure that all inspection activities meet the highest quality standards, client specifications, and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform inspections in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
· Conduct visual and dimensional inspections for materials, fabrication, and installation works.
· Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, procedures, and client specifications.
· Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure timely inspections and smooth execution of work.
· Prepare and maintain inspection reports, records, and documentation for traceability and audits.
· Identify non-conformities and ensure proper reporting and follow-up on corrective actions.
· Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors for inspections and approvals.
· Ensure all measuring and testing equipment are calibrated and properly maintained.
· Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
· Maintain high standards of safety and quality at all times.
· Perform any additional duties assigned by the QA/QC Engineer or Quality Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of QC inspection experience in fabrication, construction, or industrial projects.
· Familiarity with international standards such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, or equivalent.
· Certification in QC inspection or NDT (CSWIP, BGAS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
· Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, documentation, and reporting.
· Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
