Role – Digital Product & Project Manager – Supply Chain Digitalization
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ownership of digital products, applications, and transformation initiatives across supply chain planning, logistics, and manufacturing domains.
• Develop and manage digital product roadmaps, project portfolios, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges, process improvement opportunities, and digitalization use cases.
• Conduct system and technology research to evaluate digital solutions, industry best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to supply chain operations.
• Translate business requirements into structured digital initiatives, functional specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Prioritize product backlogs and project pipelines based on business value, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with development teams, analytics teams, architects, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and governance reviews across business and technical teams.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and value realization activities for implemented digital solutions.
• Monitor project execution, product performance, and business KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, and best practices for digital product and project management within the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 6–12 years of professional experience in Digital Transformation, Product Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, IT Consulting, or Business Process Improvement.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, manufacturing, inventory management, and material flow management.
• Experience managing digital products, enterprise applications, and transformation projects in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience in product ownership, roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and value realization.
• Strong business analysis and requirement management capabilities.
• Experience evaluating software solutions, conducting technology assessments, and supporting build-versus-buy decisions.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems and digital platforms such as SAP, SAP IBP, o9, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and governance experience.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, analytics, and IT domains.
