Form Carpenter

As a Form Carpenter at Lee Contracting, Inc., you will develop your skills in assembling wood forms and engineered formwork systems, as well as job layout and using builder/sight levels. In this role, you will work closely with others within your department various projects, following instructions from your foreman and supervisor to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. As part of a turn-key solution company, you may also collaborate with or assist other trades on diverse projects. Your responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized job site, handling materials and tools, and adhering to safety standards. This hands-on experience will help you build the foundational skills necessary for growth within the foundations department.
