The Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and supporting the resolution of company claims, incidents, and damages involving subcontractors, clients, utilities, insurance carriers, and internal teams. This role ensures timely communication, proper documentation, investigation support, and coordination of claim resolution processes while maintaining organized records and compliance with company procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage active claims, damages, and incident cases from initiation through resolution. 
  • Coordinate communication with subcontractors, claimants, and internal departments. 
  • Maintain organized claim files, documentation, photos, invoices, reports, and correspondence. 
  • Assist with investigations, evidence collection, and preparation of claim summaries. 
  • Monitor deadlines, response timelines, payments, and outstanding balances related to claims. 
  • Prepare formal notices, demand letters, status updates, and reports. 
  • Follow up with subcontractors regarding damages, reimbursements, corrective actions, and supporting documentation. 
  • Maintain claim trackers and ensure accurate data entry and reporting. 
  • Support risk management and compliance initiatives related to damages and claims. 
  • Escalate unresolved or high-risk matters to management.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail. 
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Experience working with claims, insurance, legal coordination, construction, utilities, or subcontractor management preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. 
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. 
  • Project Coordination
Working schedule: 3PM-11PM.
