• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement and evaluate treatment plans.
• Lead nursing practice improvement projects.
• Educate and mentor staff and patient families.
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Possession of a valid RN license in the state.
• Proficiency in patient care management systems.
• Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Certification in a specialty area.
• Education and Certifications:
• BSN or higher from an accredited program.
• Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stress effectively and handle emergency situations calmly.
