Ansell is looking for a Specialist – Regional Category Management EMEA to join our team.
In this position, you will support Regional Category Management activities for the Chemical Hand and Body Protection portfolio across EMEA. Reporting to the Associate Director Regional Category & Business Development, you will contribute to product lifecycle management, product communication, data analysis, and Voice of Customer initiatives, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other regional and global stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Product & Portfolio support
- Provide basic product and technical support to sales teams and channel partners
- Coordinate distributor requests (e.g. Excel files, catalogue reviews, logistics data) with the Marketing Data Specialist
- Maintain and upload external product statements (e.g. anti‑staticity, latex‑free)
- Support New Product Development (NPD) launches and manage price lists
Marketing & Communication support
- Develop and coordinate PowerPoint materials (e.g. one‑pagers)
- Maintain Asset Bank portals, folders, and assets
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing communications teams to ensure accurate product data in campaigns
- Support catalogue updates and product communication within NPD and rationalization processes
- Support proofreading and coordination of translations where required
Data & market insights
- Collect and consolidate GIS sales data for monthly review with Regional Category Management
- Create and review SFDC data related to opportunities, wins, and losses
- Engage with sales representatives based on data insights
- Gather market, competitive, and addressable market data with the Market Intelligence team
Voice of Customer & Competitive analysis
- Coordinate Voice of Customer (VOC) testing, including sample distribution and feedback consolidation
- Order and manage samples for internal and external stakeholders
- Collect competitive samples, pricing, and collateral and support comparative analysis
Stakeholder collaboration
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Customer Experience and Inside Sales
KEY POSITION REQUREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar (preferred, not mandatory)
Knowledge and skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in commercial roles
- Experience in marketing-related roles is an advantage
