The Executive Director will shape how scientific evidence is translated into clear, consistent, and impactful narratives across publications, medical education, and congress activities. Operating at the intersection of Medical Affairs, R&D, and Commercial, this leader ensures that scientific messaging is aligned with pipeline milestones, regulatory strategy, and lifecycle objectives. The role provides enterprise-wide governance, building scalable infrastructure and multi-year communication plans that support both current and future therapies. It requires strong cross-functional leadership, external scientific engagement, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global teams and alliance partners.
