Description
As a Lead Data Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple data migration and mastering projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving innovation, standardization, and quality across data initiatives. You will also lead client engagements and coordinate with internal and external teams.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Architect and lead large-scale data migration programs.
- Define data migration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead solution design reviews and ensure technical excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in data processes and tools.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals and estimations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in data migration and enterprise data solutions.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and security.
- Expertise in cloud data platforms and integration tools.
