Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with supported managers and employees, provide sound insights and guidance to supported functions.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees.
Be the culture and change stewards for supported functions to improve engagement, inclusion and performance.
Work with RPO and managers to drive recruitment and achieve on time fulfillment.
Be the talent development lead in HR, take proactive actions and initiate propriate talent programs, design and organize workshops to support organization and employee development.
Serve as a liaison to ease and harmonize the relationship between the company/manager and employees.
Provide insights and drive appropriate actions either directly or through HR functions to systemically action.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of HR experience, preferably with multinational manufacturing company.
Previous experience specialized in HRBP/Talent development/Recruitment Role preferably.
Proactive, initiative, good time management and good project management.
Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills.
Good English both in oral and written.
Work well under high pressure with quick response.
A good team player.
