Operating within a fast-evolving biotech environment, the role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, Medical, and Commercial to strengthen governance and ensure ethical business practices. Beyond traditional compliance oversight, this position is responsible for building intelligent monitoring systems that enhance transparency, accountability, and decision-making. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, delivering actionable insights through dashboards, reporting tools, and continuous monitoring programs.
