About the Role

As MR Team Leader – Central Europe, you will lead and develop a team of MR Support Agents delivering high‑quality support to our CE farmers. Your role is key in ensuring operational stability, strong team engagement, and continuous improvement, while translating strategic ambitions into great day‑to‑day execution.

You will operate at the intersection of people leadership, operations, and transformation, working closely with markets and internal stakeholders to harmonize processes, leverage data and technology, and continuously improve the farmer experience.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will

• Lead and inspire a team of MR Support Agents supporting CE farmers with accurate, timely, and high‑quality service
• Own the people agenda, including engagement, performance, development, and creating a safe and motivating work environment
• Translate operational and strategic priorities into clear daily objectives and execution plans
• Work closely with markets and MR Operations to review data, identify trends, and turn insights into tangible improvements for farmer experience
• Build strong partnerships with market leads, constructively challenging existing practices to drive standardization and harmonization
• Support and oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies, focusing on value creation, automation, and simplification
• Actively promote and role‑model a continuous improvement mindset, initiating changes in ways of working within your area
• Ensure process documentation and knowledge bases are up to date and effectively shared across teams
• Secure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and Group policies

What You Bring

You likely have

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in operations, customer/member support, or shared services
• An academic degree (BA or MA)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Hands‑on experience with process improvement, alignment, and standardization (Lean mindset)
• A strong customer/farmer focus and passion for service excellence
• Fluency in English and confidence using digital tools (essential)
• Experience with system implementations, transitions, or project leadership – an advantage
• A global and curious mindset, with openness to change and continuous learning
• Hands‑on knowledge of agriculture and sustainability processes, and how they translate into scalable, standardized operations, would be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of one CE language (German, or Dutch) – an advantage
