If you’re looking to take ownership of your projects, contribute to a dynamic multidisciplinary team, and make an impact in a growing region — we’d love to meet you.   Your daily impact Technical supervision, coordination, verification and design of various mechanical building systems projects from concept design to completion of construction. Work as part of a team to carry out building-related mechanical systems design projects for various sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential). Connect with clients to understand their needs. Survey existing installations. Analyze, design and adapt building-related installations. Prepare various types of client reports. Manage the project and the relationships with the client.   Your profile Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (specializing in building) or building engineering. 7+ years of experience in mechanical building systems design. Member in good standing of APEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP heat loads calculations software. Capability to write reports, complete site visits, and design mechanical and plumbing systems with minimum supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative spirit and positive leadership to influence technical decisions and client relationships. Ability to work at the office and do day project site visits Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site and client visits.
