Job Description

The Human Resources Systems Manager plans and leads the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of HR information technology platforms that support the full employee lifecycle. This role ensures system reliability, data accuracy, security, and seamless integration across HR applications. The ideal candidate partners closely with HR and IT teams to enhance processes, elevate user experience, and maintain compliance with organizational standards. They will also manage vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution. Essential Functions: Lead the Human Resources Information Technology team by creating and overseeing team’s workflow and required tasks, define goals, communicate objectives and monitor team performance Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system reliability Partner with HR, IT and ERP stakeholders to analyze process needs, recommend solutions, and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience Manage system integrations, upgrades, testing cycles, and issue resolution, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and standards to support consistent system usage and compliance with organizational policies Provide guidance and support to HR staff and end users to ensure effective adoption of HR systems and related technologies
