Lead software Engineer

The role involves designing end-to-end solutions, developing robust backend and frontend components, and ensuring performance and reliability in production environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and domain experts. A strong emphasis is placed on innovation, rapid prototyping, and translating complex requirements into usable software features. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will also guide engineering best practices and contribute to architectural decisions in a highly regulated and mission-driven domain.
